Buildtech services reserves the right on completion of any Damp proofing work or Construction works and any associated works to full and immediate payment unless otherwise agreed by ourselves.

Cheques are no longer accepted as Payment. The payment Methods are as follows

Subsequent failure to release the full payment or final payment on completion of works will result in the non release of any guarantees or insurance guarantees until the full and final payments have been received by buildtech services,

with the exception only being with written prior agreement. Between BuildTech services and the customer.

Subsequent failure to release the full payment or any agreed payments on completion of works will result in immediate Proceedings to recover any outstanding balance, and all goods and materials remain the property of BuildTech Services, all the legal Terms and conditions of BuildTech Services apply to all paperwork issued to the customer example: quotations and contracts.

Party wall agreements
Any party wall acts or agreements should be arranged prior to the commencement of our works and is the sole responsibility of the customer as such we will not be held responsible for any subsequent legal action by the neighbouring properties third parties or the customer.
We will not be held responsible for any accidental damage caused by ourselves whilst carrying out our works in relation to any neighbouring properties or third party dwellings all legal agreements to be arranged by the customers of buidtech services.
